On a regular basis I am incredibly inspired by individuals that act in spite of their fear. Words simply do not explain how much that fuels me up to do my best work.

For the most part the big egos don't crank me up. Big talk for talks sake doesn't impress me. Lots of regular folks doing things that are "big" for them is big! For example, this weekend I MC'd an event for real estate investors. I watched a man acknowledge his fear (awareness) and do something in spite of it (act) because his desire; his why, if you will was so strong to BE the change in his life. The result? A more empowered man. THAT is something I consider inspiration because it reminds me "Thomas, what are doing today to step up the game you play?"
You, MIchael. I watch you weave this amazing interconnected net that serves everyone. Each piece you add benefits those you serve. You plunge forward into new venues, explore new concepts and put them into place at amazing speed. And as with everything you do you are always generous and deeply in service. You light my way!

Thinking thanks...

I've worked with and been mentored by some amazing big thinkers over my life time. The years I spent working with Werner Erhard in the 70s and 80s raised the bar really high in terms of thinking big. Not only Werner, but the entire team of trainers as well as my fellow staff members constantly created breakthrough in their thinking and actions. And I had the very great privilege of helping hundreds of people get in touch with their greatness in a deep and permanent way...it was moving to say the least. I would still be playing very very small indeed if it wasn't for Werner and the rest of the staff. (The experience also showed me the dark side of thinking big, how "thinking big" can mask a myriad of disenlivening behaviors and manipulations...that was also an extremely valuable lesson.)
Obviously, Michael is a BIG thinker and has set a great example for all of us. After all, he's leading the Revolution! Other big thinkers I admire include Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Guy Kawasaki, and my former boss, billionaire and media mogul Haim Saban. He is probably the most fearless person I know. Haim thinks big and does big! (Oh, yeh, he's also the 78th richest American, but who's counting?!?)
Bob Campana
He is someone who always looks for a better way and believes a better way exists.
He values the good and talents of others and respects the unfortunate of our world, knowing they may just need a helping hand.
This is big thinking in that it is not average thinking and it allows for growth in those around him.

Dr. Antoine Albert
He is a big thinker in that he pushes the boundaries of possibility and doesn't stop to think about why they are not possible to achieve.
He believes that a better life is possible when you move past fear and take massive action.

Christie
I was watching 60 Minutes last night and I watched the feature on T. Boone Pickens.

He has a big plan to end our country's dependence on foreign oil by switching most of our cars over to natural gas and to generate most of our electricity using wind power.

I think this is a great idea, I like his plan, and I signed up to support it at www.wecansolveit.org. Considering there is no infrastructure in place currently to support this plan, this is truly a big plan and he is a big thinker.

Brent Burns
Of course Michael is the biggest thinker . . . Lena West is another.
Sydni Craig-Hart is one of the biggest thinkers I know. That is why I married this woman. She inspires me daily. She was reared as a Big Thinkers. You all have to get to know this woman!
Will I want to meet her and how wonderful for th t wo of you to be together. Now you can procreate and raise a tribe of "big thinkers"!
I'm inspired by the people who just "do" without thinking "what if" that happens. The fearless ones out there.
