The Think Big Revolution

Let's face it. We're stuck in a "fast food" way of life... Everything is
get in, get what you need, get out.

I am raising the question, is this what people want??? Could we care less about those mom and pop
shops where everyone knows your name? Do we care if the person waiting
on us asks "Will it be the usual today, Joe?"

I am still a big believer that treating your customers like they are the only one is
still valued in this society and think that it helps to make your
business stand out.

My wedding and portrait photography business in Buffalo NY does this by focusing on the quality of our
clients over the quantity... Our clients come to us first and foremost
because they like the work we do, it is the fact that we still use that
"mom and pop" business etiquette that seals the deal. We know every
client by name and the details about all their photo shoots (past and
present) and whatever else we can. We also go that extra mile to exceed
their expectations time and time again. It may be a free upgrade in a
print they ordered, maybe expedited shipping or even just fancy
packaging.

My question to you is, what do you do in your business to stand out?
