Personal Energy Specialist, PerformanceLifestyle Trainer and Coach John Allen Mollenhauer shares more info about healthy high achievement

Here's a discussion between me, John Allen Mollenhauer "JAM" and Michael Port in Audio #6 on TBR.com - Titled "Your Lifestyle".

That discussion was a Think Big Revolution call about one year ago.

Michael and I talked about many aspects of PerformanceLifestyle including the difference between the mindset of the everyday achiever and how Healthy High Achievers, such as athletes think and live to achieve their goals.

The PerformanceLifestyle idea was born of elite athletes, but is by no means a concept that is limited to sports athletes. Life and business is a sport (a game of sort) and the same concepts of healthy high performance living apply to EVERYONE.

Both Michael and I are athletically minded people, so we talked about some of the ways we can all employ in our lives to achieve our goals in a more balanced and healthy way, even if you are not into sports or even a fitness enthusiast.

At the core a PerformanceLifestyle is about managing your personal energy, including but not limited to the quality of the food you eat and your activity levels in the process of achieving your goals.

Hi Stephen,

I'm glad you are sharing this point, personal energy management includes, but is not limited to the quality of the food you eat and your activity levels..., yet neither food or fitness will get you out of personal energy debt or regenerate your energy. (only support)

As a specialist in personal energy regeneration, and performance, only lifestyle change (a change in your lifestyle pattern) that enables you to recuperate... will get you out of the energy debt you are experiencing right now.

I have a Lifestyle Guide coming out on this very subject in the coming weeks and do weekly teletraining on this very subject, (inquire if you like). Hopefully this comment helps you realize what you're dealing with.

You can increase your energy, but it require a broader lifestyle performance plan.

best

I have incredibly low energy and nothing really has worked yet. I've been walking but exercise drains me. I'm eating very well now and taking supplements but the energy doesn't arrive.

Great Rebecca, I look forward to helping you in any way I can. You may want to learn PerformanceLifestyle (born of elite athletes, but now communicated to every day achievers). As a PL Trainer or Coach, you'll be armed with the method for helping people change their life style.

I will have to say goal achievment and developing fitness. Since changing my lifestyle the last 3 yrs it is only going to get better. I have accomplished my goal of my first marathon and now I feel like there is so much more I can do! Running has changed me mentally and physically! I am part of a ladies triathlon club here in Denver so will be training this summer to do a sprint tri and I will also do my first olympic distance this season. I know I want to help others in the future changing their lives through fitness and life style change. IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN

Great! My husband and I each just finished reading The Think Big Manifesto. This is potentially really profound stuff. Glad I found you.
