Who are we?
We are those people who are up to big things in our lives, as work-at-home / small business owners, professionals and working parents...
We focus on our capacity to function and perform well, and we listen and act accordingly to the feedback, so that we are capable of achieving our goals in a relatively balanced and healthy way.
We see our lifestyles as the way in which we achieve our goals, and therefore seek to understand the full breadth of the lifestyle equation, including how we think and live, and progressively add depth for intelligent action.
We give particular attention to how we manage to spend and recuperate our personal energy, including the quality of the food we eat and our activity levels in the process of achieving our goals.
Our primary aim is to optimize our health, capacity to perform well and our success. Everything we do and do well, depends on it.
We are not afraid to change or upgrade the structure of our lives, our lifestyles (as needed or desired) and our goals to maintain alignment, to minimize distress, promote Eustress and sustainable success.
We don't wake up setting goals around healthier living, like "eat better", we have the intention to discover and learn the healthiest way to achieve the inspiring goals we set in life, business and or sport as a given, not a goal.
The way that enables us, we refer to as a PerformanceLifestyle - a lifestyle that works for you, not against you; and you can uniquely call it "Your Lifestyle".
The many benefits include, but are not limited to, increased and sustained, higher and naturally-occurring energy levels, freedom from lifestyle-induced diseases, fitness to meet and exceed the demands in your life, greater personal and professional adaptability.
Living at or near your ideal weight is natural benefit
We live ideally, but are not idealistic and as Michael Port has stated... we laugh at the contradictions of life.
We learn the best understood lifestyle skills we can find, and do the best we can in a given situation with an intention to improve for better results and quality of life.
While there are structures proven to maximize health, performance and success, application principles and practices are unique to the individual and her present situation.
When we run into an obstacle, deplete ourselves or hit a wall... we don't immediately conclude that something is wrong with us, or not working for us, we look to the broader lifestyle equation to see what is at play and change our lifestyle strategy.
We have a "let's get real" philosophy, and acknowledge that "all we can do is all we can do and all we can do is enough".
In a PerformanceLifestyle we are keen to minimize performance addictions, and proactively maintain a supported, natural experience of life to the best of our ability even in the face of relentless demand on our time, space and energy.
Last, but not least, we acknowledge that the greatest source of untapped potential is our lifestyle and it can always get better.
Knowing how, and actually improving your lifestyle is an ongoing process and THE greatest skill.
There is always a way to achieve your goals.
