Christmas has been a more stressful time for many parents this year. Here's how to make yours a little bit easier:
Talk to your children about what is really important. A friend of mine told me today that her daughter is a marine in the middle east. She says that the homeless here in the United States have it better than many citizens of Afghanistan. Although they feel the pain of no money and no material possessions, they do have the benefit of large extended families who love them.
We also need to remember than family and good friends are much more important than what we get to unwrap Christmas Day.
