I want to think bigger about my connections to others, their connections, and the importance of reaching out, being available, open and accountable to others in need.
And of course to help me move into a better place to act and live by those kinds of big thoughts I want to continue to think big about creativity, my innovation. My discipline. My business ideas. My desire to learn, produce and help others understand and direct their often tangled and troublesome inner passions.
I've recently awakened from a long sleep: that numbingly bleak rut of just getting by and doing so by ignoring, distracting or misdirecting all that creative energy we all have living so vibrantly within.
Sqare one. That's where I am. It's a wonderful place to be even if frightening and frustrating. Frustrating because I have thought I've been here before so often, but something feels very different this time. Frightening, but only for brief moments, as the realizations hit that big and unknown changes are coming.
Maybe that is what is different now... those frightening moments are only brief. Perhaps I've got something now that helps me move past them. Before my reactions were often ones of paralysis or just running away.
I welcome (I crave, need, and I think will thrive on) any input from others who can offer informative links, personal experience & insight or just plain "I'm in this boat with you" comradery in our joint efforts to wake up to our lives.
Thinking big right now for me is about realizing that those big thoughts, dreams, and passions must be nurtured. They might not yet be refined enough to throw out to the world at large but they are important fuel for action... finally acting on what for so many of us can be our next big business idea or just a change in the way we show up ready and able to improve our own lives and the lives of those around us.
Hehe, can ya tell I'm on fire?
What can I do to keep the fire alive? How do I not let it go out before I've even begun to recreate past ideas for businesses that only partially succeeded because I was only partially present? What plans, practices and people can I use to keep myself awake, present, and moving forward?
