- I do business and life coaching, specializing in coaching for the nonprofit community. (www.newchaptercoach.com) My most compelling vision is to make coaching as accessible and recognized a leadership and organizational development tool in the nonprofit sector as it is in the for profit sector. I daily think big about how to increase the effectiveness of leaders and their organizations. I also think big about how these leaders can take better care of themselves and how the nonprofit sector can be restructured to allow and encourage them to do so.
