I just launched my consultancy this month. I work with public and private stakeholders on US Dept of Transportation projects. I'm currently focusing on small business inclusion but will expand into ADA, EEOC, and environmental justice compliance as we grow.

I'm forming the nonprofit now, but basically we're focusing on a three phase approach to promoting social enterprise within Arizona first, then the southwest and perhaps broader after that. Most of the social enterprise organizations focus on efforts taking place outside of the US. Our nonprofit will focus locally. The first phase is creating awareness of social enterprise as a business model, the second phase is to create a forum for discussion among potential and current social entrepreneurs, and the final phase will be to provide resources possibly even grants to promote the growth of social enterprise.

I hope this helps answer your questions - thank you for asking. What are you working on?
