On Monday November 14th 2011, during my stay in the Courtyard Mariott Hotel in Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida, I did the Matt Furey exercise bible (deck of cards) in my hotel room. I did the whole entire deck. (54) cards. It was a struggle, but gratefully, I've completed the whole deck. I believe that the idea of practice makes perfect is BS! You practice to get BETTER! That's how you train for excellence. Even though I don't compete in wrestling anymore, I train as though I do. I remember the year-end Grapevine Youth Wrestling Tournament which took place on Sunday February 27th 2011 at the Mountgomery High School. It was a long long day (10hrs).
