Hi Erin, read your profile, sounds kool... I'm also a fitness instructor, I'm gonna go more into life coaching tho I think.
I thought you might be intrigued by this, is there some thing you need to start doing but keep putting it off, or…
i'd love to here your talk on 12/03/09. Keep me posted as to where and the exact time. Please keep up the great work in service to others and keep thinking big.
Hey Erin, you're definately not alone....there's lots of 'kindred souls' out there! I'm liking your prevention versus medication ethos....definately the way forward. There's a long, long way to go in the western world…
Thank you, it's good to know another person living life on purpose and seeking growth in all areas to contribute to the greater good. I look forward to knowing you.
I want to think bigger about who I can reach, and what my purpose is. I am aware I am here to serve people who want to improve the quality of their lives, and currently I am doing this through fitness and holistic nutrition. I will have my first talk 12/03/09 on Prevention, Stress Relief, Energy, and how all three lead to Fat Loss. I believe in prevention vs. medication. I also understand the importance of my clients mind set, because the way they think effects every part of their lives and the world. Therefore, I am looking for ways to branch out as far as how I help people, and I'd like to create new avenues for helping even more people in even more ways.
What other big thinkers do you find influential?
I love Michael Port, Wayne Dyer, Oprah, my life coach Tracy James, the founder of New York's Institute for Integrative Nutrition (my school), Joshua Rosenthal, Tony Robbins, Marianne Williamson, Julia Cameron, Depok Chopra, Michael Beckwith, and Eckhart Tolle to name a few.
How has the The Think Big Manifesto influenced you?
I am honored to have stumbled upon this and it brings me great joy to be a part of it, as well as releif to know I am not alone:)

I thought you might be intrigued by this, is there some thing you need to start doing but keep putting it off, or maybe you need to stop doing some thing that no longer serves you. If the answer is yes then use this opportunity to take some massive action by taking part in my challenge.

There's a long, long way to go in the western world though huh? To change mindsets that is......but that's what we're here for right???
