On that page you can search their knowledge base by entering a topic in the search box near the top-left. There is also a link at the very bottom for contacting Ning (something like "If you need further help" ... anyway, it it a link that allows you to email their support people). That's all I could find, hope it helps.

I'm not sure where we're supposed to go for support/help using this site. I'll see if I can find out where to even submit that as a question.

I am far from an expert but, based on three other similar reports, it appears that "Aimee Beasley" is a porn spammer who's somehow gotten on and is misusing the site. I will alert Michael of this and I'm sure he'll have the tech folks take care of it. I would suggest you ignore or delete any communication from "Aimee Beasley."
