- the new business I'm starting to work with business owners who are frustrated because some of their key employees seem to just want to show up, do the minimum and collect their paycheck, even though they are well paid and treated well. They are concerned about retaining their customers in the face of more competition and they are looking for ways to increase the reliability and consistency of their product or service.
