Hey, thanks for the link to your site. What a great CD. I was going to ask you about your guitar because I just picked up the guitar this year. I'm loving it. I already play piano and flute and I sing. Nice to meet a fellow musician.

Hmmm I had a smart comeback about how I'm already expanded and trying to contract, but figured I'd better leave that alone LOL.

I welcome getting to know you better and if you can help me, that will be revealed in due course.

During an IET session, the receiver lays down fully clothed and states an intention they'd like to receive from the session whether it be relieving a physical pain, an emotional issue, an issue involving a limiting belief or even a past life issue. Really you can ask for anything. IET works by accessing, energizing and clearing away any energetic blockages in the physical, emotional, mental and karmic/ spiritual bodies. The reason it is compared to Reiki is that it involves laying on of hands but it differs in that it is powerful enough to clear the other levels as well as the physical. In my own version of the practice, knowing that my purpose on this planet is to pass on ancient wisdom as it channels through me, I share these messages and it brings clarity to how the receiver can bring forward their stated intention or how they can use the healing they are receiving. IET sessions can take place in person or long distance and have the same desired result :)

Cool. Thich Nhat Hahn is someone I admire as well. I notice from your posts that you utilize EFT? I have a friend that practices with that modality and loves it. Another modality I have found to be useful in reaching another level of healing and clarity is Integrated Energy therapy. It is similar to Reiki and I am a practitioner of it. When you are interested let me know and I will tell you how it works :)
