What are hidden profits? I believe that if you have happy customers then you almost certainly have hidden profits in your business because there is more you can do for these customers that benefit them and you.

Here is a video of Jay Abraham explaining the strategy of preeminence. I have always believed in providing great customer service and focusing on customer needs but used to see the challenges of delivering high customer value and high shareholder value as opposing but essential business goals.
This view made managing a business the equivalent of walking a tightrope - lean too far to one side and the other suffers.
