- What do you want to think bigger about?
- I have been instrumental in starting "Havens for Healing" for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Redesigners from the Canadian Redesigners Association (CRDA) and Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS) in the US will provide a complimentary room makeover using her existing furnishings, so that she has a lovely retreat that makes her feel good. Studies have proven that your environment affects your healing. So we create a comfortable place where she is surrounded by things she loves, highlighted in a peaceful, tranquil manner.
Our biggest issue has been getting the word out about this program.If you, or anyone you know, has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and are interested in a haven, please contact me.
