If you're trying to do business on your terms rather than on your customers, it may be time to wake up. That is, unless you're happy with where you are now in business.
I'd love your feedback on the length of this video. Every video I shoot is less than two minutes. Was this one too long? What do you… Continue

This past year, I decided to stop believing in the super-natural and finally started believing in myself! Wow! What a tremendous freedom I feel today, because of it. I used to believe, that "someone or something else" controlled my life. Even though I always had dreams, hopes, visions, and goals of "one day" being very successful in real estate, I constantly sabotaged all those "thoughts" with "if it's His will" or "if it's meant to be" or "His purpose" or "being content with what I had"… Continue

I received this letter from Google last week. If you're not using this marketing strategy you're really missing out. Visit google.com/localbusinesscenter. It's will take about 10 minutes to get listed and it's free.
The reason that most people are financially struggling today is because
they have no respect for money. They get a job that they hate and stay
there. They hold onto these jobs for dear life praying that they do not get
laid-off or fired. And when you suggest they find something they love to
do and make money out of it, they get defensive.
You see, most people associate money with work. Work in my opinion
is doing something that you don't like to do and don't… Continue

If you have ever gone to see a motivational speaker, you know when you came out of the venue that you were excited. You were going to quit smoking, lose weight, sell real estate or save money. A friend of mine makes wonderful homemade soap. If you like natural products then you know that just about everyone seems to be making their own brand and to selling it. Most of them will make less than $1,000 for their hard work over the next 12 months.
So a package shows up to my house with this soap and my wife, Christine, loves it. It got me thinking, what would it take for people to talk about soap?
It's an average product and most people use it (or… Continue

If you haven't read the book "Crush It" yet you need to. Gary Vaynerchuk started the Wine Library four years ago and built it into a $64 million dollar business using social media and connecting with his audience. In the book Crush It he talks about how you have to be willing to "bleed out you eye's," quoted from his speech the other day, to succeed.
I went to Gary's book signing in Atlanta on Monday and stayed for his question and answer session. I had to oportunity to ask how his… Continue

I spoke with someone recently who said he felt like he's selling McDonald's hamburgers in a Burger King parking lot.
Does your life feel like that? You might be doing the right things, but in the wrong place or at the wrong time?
You probably got there because you didn't have a plan. We're at the end of the year as I'm writing this and it's a great time to put things in perspective regarding your future.
You're in your current place now because the… Continue

Do you ever see people that look like the picture on their driver's license? It's horrible. They look like they just got out of bed, haven't eaten breakfast, and are in a horrible mood. You don't want to be the unlucky one to cross paths with them.
You may be having a bad day but unless you want it to improve, pretend it's a good day. I'm not trying to tell you to keep your feelings inside; that can be dangerous.
We started our first official wrestling practice last night. I'm one of the
assistant youth wrestling coaches for burlington city. The practice turned
out real nice. Some of the kids returned from last season, two new coaches
were added to the line-up this year, and we only have six matches this
year.
We basically went over the basics, I.E. double leg take-downs, single leg
take-downs, duck unders, hand fighting, and changing levels. we had to
split the… Continue

I just had dinner w/a new friend last night. Through the course of our conversation, he mentioned that I "stand out." All false modesty aside, he isn't the first to make such a comment. Others have said that I "glitter" and a priest at a retreat at which I served said, "I can see that God delights in you."
Although I thought/think that I have a healthy ego, I just haven't seen it in myself, or actualized it yet. I am the forest *and* the trees.
Dancing tango is life long journey. Tango is the dance of the people, you don't need to be an elite athlete or even especially fit. They say "if you can walk you can dance" this is the truth of the Argentine tango.
The graceful art of tango has captured many people from all walks of life from all over the world - it is not limited to Aftermidnight Argentinians. I live in Australia and there is good tango scene here despite the small population and huge distances.
