The other day, I watched this DVD called "Limitless." It's about this burnt-out writer who discovers a top secret pill that unlocks 100 percent of his brain capacity. He then automatically acquires mind-bending talents and mesmerizing visions that bring him big money, beautiful women, and limitless success. The good news is you don't need a top secret pill to unlock 100 percent of your brain capacity. Although it helps to take some supplements such as Omega 3 Fish Oil (DHA-EPA) or Gingko Biloba to nourish our brain, the best way I believe for us to access 100 percent of our brain capacity is by constantly impressing empowering questions onto our subconscious minds.
When you constantly impress empowering questions onto your subconscious mind, you're giving it goals to achieve.Thats what goal-oriented people do. This is creativity, exercising your mind, and problem-solving at the highest level. Your brain is a stimulus and response bio-machine. This is why asking yourself empowering questions the best way to stimulate it. These type of questions awaken your creative responses. Remember, the meaning of your communication is in the response you get. So, if you're getting lousy answers (ideas) you need to ask much better questions. Interview, and interrogate your most valuable asset on the planet-your brain to get the flow of ideas you want and need.
When you're engaged in a creative process, your energy is putting out. Reading, and studying are also part of a creative process because you're enhancing your value so you can deliver more of it. There are two forms of creativity. Receiving, and Expressing. To receive, you must be empty, to express, you must be powerful. For example: I remember last youth wrestling season, I taught my wrestlers the importance of practicing to become excellent. I taught them how to use their creative imagination,. to visualize, to set goals, to study, and practice every aspect of a match. I also taught them to love the journey as well as the match. I taught them to accept victory with humility and class and to learn from failure and mistrakes with graciousness and patience so they can apply what they learned both on and off the mat much better.
Well. That is all I have for today. Thank you for reading these powerful words.
