The Think Big Revolution

The type of champion you see yourself, thats what you're going to bring out of the kids you coach, and going to determine how they're going to train with you. Being that I'm a District #26 High School Wrestling Champion myself, I'm blessed with the wisdom to produce wrestling champions as an assistant youth wrestling coach. Here are a few ways to keep building wrestling champions on the highest level year by year:

1. Keep Adding Value To Yourself As A Champion.

This way, the same value you add to yourself will be the same value you'll add to your athletes. Once an individual wrestler or a team reaches a new level of performance, it's time to climb another rung of the wrestling ladder. Thats the challenge of sports.

2. Never Be Satisfied With Your Present Status.

Keep working towards the highest level of excellence you can posssibly achieve.

3.Continually Strive To Keep Interest And Motivation High.

Teach and develop skills long after the basics have been mastered. The same old thing leads to plateaus and to failure. Reaching new levels demands variety, additions, adjustments, and improvements.

4. Take The Already Learned Skills And Add A Variation To Them.

A new set -up or a finish off a single leg situation is just one example. Such additions expand an athletes skill as well as heighten his interest. If a wrestler stays in the sport long enough, somewhere along the line he'll need every technique you can teach him.

5. Keep Track Of What Works And What Does Not Work.

Wrestling is always evolving and it's evolving rapidly. This is why it's essential to keep up with the rule changes. One way to do that is to sign up for USA Wrestling. USA Wrestling is the national govering body for wrestling. To sign up, go to The Mat.com website for more details.

I hope this helped you understand what it takes to produce a wrestling champion. Even if you're not involved in wrestling, or never stepped foot on the mat, this can also help you if you're invovled in any area of coaching; such as network marketing, football, basketball, swimming, etc...

Well. That is all that I have for today. Thank you for reading these powerful words. You have a much better wealthier day.
