He also made a lot of friends in the process (just one of the many keys to his success). Yours truly included.

In two years, he went from having no platform at all to writing a ridiculously popular blog while earning himself almost 200,000 followers on twitter.

What is a guy who wrote a book about increasing productivity and working less doing writing a book about health and nutrition? Well, The 4-Hour Body is the book Tim Ferriss was always meant to write. In fact, as you'll learn from the video interviews, with Tim Ferriss, that I posted below, he's been recording every workout he's ever done since he was 18. Ferriss is a research and measurement fanatic. He studied neuroscience at Princeton. And, because he's a non-conventional guy (most big thinkers beat to their own drum), he loves to go after silly, pseudo-science and debunk conventional wisdom in the process.

Well, enough from me. Let's go to the video tape and let Tim Ferriss talk about becoming superhuman. Because, ultimately, I think that's what the book is about. It's not just about loosing weight, or getting stronger, or having better orgasms. It's about finding the most elegant solutions to solving your problems, accomplishing your goals and living your dreams.
