I am not looking for a virtual assistant, a webmaster, a bookkeeper or a coach. I’m looking for a business manager who can help execute my vision, evaluate and advise on numerous opportunities, recommend business-growth strategies and provide focus and perspective. (Back in the day, my Italian ancestors called this a “consigliere,” or counselor – the most trusted and valued position in the Family). This energetic and detail-oriented individual will also be responsible for “insulating” me from the time-wasters and tire-kickers, and help me find and work with only ideal and appropriate clients.
